บทความวิชาการเกี่ยวกับการให้คำปรึกษาโดยเน้นแนวคิดใหม่ในการให้คำปรึกษาให้เหมาะสมกับความต้องการและสภาพแวดล้อมที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลง
วัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาแนวคิดเกี่ยวกับการให้คำปรึกษาในช่วงปี 2020-2024 มีการเปลี่ยนแปลง และพัฒนาตามสภาพแวดล้อม และสถานการณ์ที่เปลี่ยนไป ทำให้การปรึกษาผ่านเทคโนโลยีเป็นที่นิยมและจำเป็นมากขึ้น รวมถึงแนวคิดการให้คำปรึกษาแบบองค์รวม การเข้าใจความหลากหลายทางวัฒนธรรม ขอบข่ายของการให้บริการปรึกษา สามารถพิจารณาตามลักษณะของปัญหาและความต้องการของผู้รับคำปรึกษา บทบาทและหน้าที่ของผู้ให้คำปรึกษา ประกอบไปด้วยการเป็นผู้ฟังและเข้าใจ ให้การสนับสนุนและแนะนำแนวทาง ให้ความรู้ และรักษาความลับ รวมถึงประเมิน และวางแผนกระบวนการให้คำปรึกษาเหล่านี้สะท้อนถึงแนวคิดทฤษฎีการให้คำปรึกษาเพื่อตอบสนองต่อสถานการณ์ปัจจุบัน
บทสรุป การให้คำปรึกษาจะดำเนินไปได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพย่อมขึ้นอยู่กับบุคลิกภาพของผู้ให้คำปรึกษา ประกอบด้วยมุมมอง แนวความคิด และทัศนคติ ในอันที่จะมีผลเอื้ออำนวยต่อการทำงานทางด้านการแนะแนว และการให้บริการปรึกษาให้สัมฤทธิ์ผลมากขึ้น มีการวิเคราะห์ถึงพฤติกรรมพื้นฐานในตัวของผู้ให้คำปรึกษาจากนักจิตวิทยาเพื่อดำเนินไปได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพเพียงใดนั้น
