แนวทางการส่งเสริมคุณภาพชีวิตตามความจำเป็นพื้นฐานของประชาชน ตำบลเจ้าวัด อำเภอบ้านไร่ จังหวัดอุทัยธานี

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ผู้วิจัยมีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาการส่งเสริมคุณภาพชีวิตตามความจำเป็นพื้นฐานของประชาชนตำบลเจ้าวัด อำเภอบ้านไร่ จังหวัดอุทัยธานี และนำเสนอแนวทางการส่งเสริมคุณภาพชีวิตตามความจำเป็นพื้นฐานของประชาชนตำบลเจ้าวัด อำเภอบ้านไร่ จังหวัดอุทัยธานี  วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย แบ่งเป็น 2 ช่วง ดังนี้

ช่วงที่ 1  ศึกษาปัญหาการส่งเสริมคุณภาพชีวิตตามความจำเป็นพื้นฐานของตำบลเจ้าวัด อำเภอบ้านไร่ จังหวัดอุทัยธานี ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นประชากร หมู่ที่ 1- 7  ตำบลเจ้าวัด อำเภอบ้านไร่ จังหวัดอุทัยธานี ได้ครัวเรือนกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 265  ครัวเรือน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามชนิดประมาณค่า 4 ระดับ คือ มากที่สุด มาก น้อย และน้อยที่สุด

ช่วงที่ 2  เสนอแนวทางการส่งเสริมคุณภาพชีวิตตามความจำเป็นพื้นฐานของประชาชนตำบลเจ้าวัด อำเภอบ้านไร่ จังหวัดอุทัยธานี โดยใช้กระบวนการสนทนากลุ่ม

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. คุณภาพชีวิตตามความจำเป็นพื้นฐานของประชาชนตำบลเจ้าวัด อำเภอบ้านไร่ จังหวัดอุทัยธานี ในภาพรวมทุกหมวดมีปัญหาอยู่ในระดับมาก  หมวดสุขภาพดี มีปัญหามากเกี่ยวกับการตรวจรักษาสุขภาพทั่วไปอย่างน้อยปีละ 1 ครั้ง หมวดมีบ้านพักอาศัย มีปัญหาในการออกเอกสารสิทธิที่ดินปลูกสร้างที่พักอาศัย หมวดฝักใฝ่การศึกษา มีปัญหาด้านอุปกรณ์การสอน  หมวดรายได้ก้าวหน้ามีปัญหาในการจัดทำบัญชีรับจ่ายครัวเรือน หมวดปลูกฝังค่านิยมไทย มีปัญหายาเสพติด และหมวดร่วมใจพัฒนา มีปัญหาเกี่ยวกับการป้องกันและปราบปรามยาเสพติดร่วมกับชุมชน

2.  แนวทางการส่งเสริมคุณภาพชีวิตตามความจำเป็นพื้นฐานของประชาชนตำบลเจ้าวัด อำเภอบ้านไร่ จังหวัดอุทัยธานี ควรให้ความสำคัญเกี่ยวกับการจัด การสภาพแวดล้อมให้มีคุณภาพดีขึ้น มีการพัฒนาตัวชี้วัด และกำหนดเป้าหมายของการส่งเสริมคุณภาพชีวิตตามความจำเป็นพื้นฐานของประชาชนไว้ให้ชัดเจน หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องต้องให้คำแนะนำ รับทราบปัญหาต่างๆ และหาวิธีการช่วยแหลืออย่างจริงจัง เพื่อที่จะทำให้คุณภาพชีวิตของประชาชนตำบลเจ้าวัด ดียิ่งขึ้นต่อไป

Abstract

The purposes of this research emphasize the problems of advancing the quality of life of the Chao Wat population at Ban Rai District, Uthai Thani Province, and an approach in enhancing  the quality of life according to the basic needs of the Chao Wat Subdistrict people, Ban Rai District, Uthai Thani Province.

The procedures divided into two sections are as follows: The first section is about the study of the problems on advancing the quality of life of the Chao Wat population, Ban Rai district, Uthai Thani. The participants are 265 resident families who live in Mu 1-7, Chao Wat subdistrict. The tools used in the research is a rating scale questionnaire, asking for six aspects as follows: 1. Health  2. Accommodation  3. Education 4. High income 5. Implant value 6. United cooperation to develop all the products. There are 36 questions, and the statistics for analyzing the data are percentage and standard deviation.

The second section which provides the approach of advancing the quality of life of the Chao Wat population, Ban Rai district, Uthai Thani uses focus group discussion process as a tool.

The research finding were as follows:

1. Overall, advancing the quality of life according to basic needs of the Chao Wat population, Ban Rai district, Uthai Thani shows that they have a high level of problems. People are healthy, but they still have the health checkup problems at least once a year. In the residence section, they are having problems with getting a land certificate for building  the places of residence in. Within education they have problems with receiving new teaching equipment and working with poor equipment. There are income management problems relating to making an  account for handling income and advanced money . In the Thai values installing section, they have shown to have a major drug problem. Within the united development section, they have a drug protection and suppression problem in the community.

2. In providing the approach of advancing the quality of life according to basic needs of the Chao Wat population, Ban Rai district, Uthai Thani, they should pay attention to the environmental effects that will help to develop the quality of life of the Chao Wat people. They should develop better indicators that will clearly help the development of the basic needs of the people. These related organizations must give advice for advancement, be aware of different problems, and pay attention to the problems that need to be solved for their quality of life. This research and the implementation of this research will help speed up the process of improving the life of the people who live in the Chao Wat subdistrict.
