แนวทางการดำเนินงานส่งเสริมคุณธรรม จริยธรรมของนักเรียน ในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา จังหวัดพิจิตร

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและนำเสนอแนวทางการดำเนินงานส่งเสริมคุณธรรม จริยธรรมของนักเรียน ในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา จังหวัดพิจิตร 

ประชากรในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน30 คน รองผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 30 คน และครูหัวหน้างานส่งเสริมคุณธรรม จริยธรรม จำนวน 30 คน  

เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามชนิดมาตรประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ (Rating scale) ซึ่งมีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ.97 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ ค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิต (Mean) และค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard deviation) 

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ปัญหาการดำเนินงานส่งเสริมคุณธรรม จริยธรรมของนักเรียน ในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา จังหวัดพิจิตร โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง โดยมีปัญหาการดำเนินงานสูงสุด คือ ด้านบุคลากร อันดับรองลงมาได้แก่ ด้านการบริหารทั่วไป ด้านการติดตามและประเมินผล ด้านการจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมคุณธรรม จริยธรรม ตามลำดับ

2. แนวทางการดำเนินงานส่งเสริมคุณธรรม จริยธรรมของนักเรียน ในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา จังหวัดพิจิตร มีดังนี้คือ 1) ด้านการบริหารทั่วไป พบว่า สถานศึกษาต้องจัดสรรงบประมาณเพื่อดำเนินโครงการประจำปีให้เพียงพอ และจัดทำแผนงบประมาณอย่างเหมาะสม ขอสนับสนุนงบประมาณจากองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นโดยเสนอเป็นโครงการร่วม 2) ด้านบุคลากรพบว่า ครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษา ต้องมีการพัฒนาตนเองด้านคุณธรรม จริยธรรม และต้องมีส่วนร่วมในทุกขั้นตอนของกระบวนการจัดกิจกรรม 3) ด้านการจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมคุณธรรม จริยธรรม พบว่า สถานศึกษาต้องมีแผนงาน โครงการเกี่ยวกับกิจกรรมพัฒนาคุณธรรม จริยธรรมที่เหมาะสม ชัดเจน และปฏิบัติตามแผนที่วางไว้ 4) ด้านการติดตามและประเมินผล พบว่า สถานศึกษาควรแต่งตั้งคณะกรรมการติดตามและประเมินผลการพัฒนาคุณธรรม จริยธรรมของนักเรียน ให้ชัดเจน เหมาะสม

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to study the problems and propose the guidelines for the promotion of ethics in the secondary schools of Phichit province.

There were 90 samples in this research. The samples consist of 30 school directors, 30 school assistant directors and 30 teachers who are in charge of  the ethics promotion of the 2011 academic year.

The research instrument was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire with the reliability coefficent of .97. The statistic for data analysis were percentage, mean and standard deviation.

The  research findings were as follows:

1. The problems of the ethics promotion in the secondary school students who study in Phichit province, in general, were  medium problems but when considering aspect by aspect, it was found that the problem related to the school staffs was at the highest level, and next to that were the problems of administration and assessment in the ethics promotion.

2.  The proposed guidelines for the ethics promotion for the secondary school students who study in Phichit province are as follows: 1)Administration: The school administrator must give enough annual budget and have the proper budget plan which means asking for another budget from the local authorities by proposing the co-project. 2)The school staff: The teachers and related persons must improve themselves in the ethics aspect and participate in every step of the activities. 3) Ethics promotion: There will be a plan related to the proper activities for promoting ethics and follow the fixed plan. 4) Monitoring and Assessment: The school must set a committee to monitor and assess the students’ ethics clearly and properly.
