ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการจัดการความรู้ของบุคลากรในมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏนครสวรรค์

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ ศึกษาระดับปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการจัดการความรู้ของบุคลากรเรื่อง การจัดการเรียนการสอนแบบใฝ่รู้ในมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏนครสวรรค์ ศึกษาระดับการจัดการความรู้ของบุคลากรเรื่อง การจัดการเรียนการสอนแบบใฝ่รู้ในมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏนครสวรรค์  ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยแต่ละตัวกับการจัดการความรู้ของบุคลากรเรื่อง การจัดการเรียนการสอนแบบใฝ่รู้ในมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏนครสวรรค์และ ศึกษาอิทธิพลของปัจจัยที่มีต่อการจัดการความรู้ของบุคลากรเรื่องการจัดการเรียนการสอนแบบใฝ่รู้ในมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏนครสวรรค์ 

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. บุคลากรในมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏนครสวรรค์ มีระดับปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการจัดการความรู้ ประกอบด้วย วัฒนธรรมการเรียนรู้ การสนับสนุนของผู้นำ เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ สภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงาน และแรงจูงใจในการทำงาน ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก

2. บุคลากรในมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏนครสวรรค์มีระดับการจัดการความรู้ ทั้ง 4 ด้าน ประกอบด้วย
การสร้างและการแสวงหาความรู้ การจัดเก็บและค้นคืนความรู้ การแบ่งปันแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้ และการเผยแพร่และประยุกต์ใช้ความรู้ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก

3. ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างตัวแปรอิสระกับตัวแปรตาม พบว่า  ตัวแปรอิสระแต่ละตัวมีความสัมพันธ์
เชิงบวกต่อการจัดการความรู้ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

4. อิทธิพลของปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการจัดการความรู้ของบุคลากร ในมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏนครสวรรค์ พบว่า  ปัจจัยด้านวัฒนธรรมการเรียนรู้ การสนับสนุนของผู้นำ เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ และแรงจูงใจในการทำงาน เป็นปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลสามารถร่วมพยากรณ์กับการจัดการความรู้ของบุคลากรได้ร้อยละ 77 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05  

Abstract

The objectives of the study on “Factors Affecting Knowledge Management of Staffs at Nakhon Sawan Rajabhat University” were to study levels of the factors affecting the knowledge management of the staffs at Nakhon Sawan Rajabhat University, to study the levels of the knowledge management of the staffs at Nakhon Sawan Rajabhat University, to study relationship between the factors affecting the knowledge management of the staffs at Nakhon Sawan Rajabhat University, and to study influences of the factors affecting the knowledge management of the staffs at Nakhon Sawan Rajabhat University.

The research results are as the following:

1. Overall, the staffs at Nakhon Sawan Rajabhat University had high levels of the factors affecting the knowledge management including learning culture, leader supporting, information technology, work environment, and work motivation.

2. Overall, the staffs at Nakhon Sawan Rajabhat University had high levels of all four-step  knowledge management including knowledge creation and acquisition, knowledge storage and retrieval, knowledge sharing, and knowledge distribution and application.

3. The relationship between independent variables and dependent variables was found that the independent variables had the positive relationship to the knowledge management at 0.01 of statistical significance.

4. The influences of the factors affecting the knowledge management of the staffs at Nakhon Sawan Rajabhat University were found that the learning culture, leader supporting, the information technology, and the work motivation were the factors that influenced and co-predict the knowledge management of the staffs at 77 percent (R²= 0.766), and there was the statistical significance at the level of .05.
