แนวทางการบริหารงานการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาตามมาตรฐานการศึกษาปฐมวัยของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครสวรรค์ เขต 1 Guidelines for educational quality assurance management according to early childhood standard in school under the office of Nakhon Sawan primary educational service area 1

Abstract

The  purposes  of  this  study  were  1)  to  study  problems  of  guidelines  for  educational  quality  assurance  management  according  to  early  childhood  standard  in  school  under  the  office  of  Nakhon  Sawan  primary  educational  service  area  1  and  2)  to  find  some  guidelines  for  educational  quality  assurance  management  according  to  early  childhood  standard  in  school  under  the  office  of  Nakhon  Sawan  primary  educational  service  area  1.  The  study  groups  consisted  201  of  the  school  director, vice-director  and  early  childhood’s  teachers.  The research  tool  was  a  questionnaire  that  was  of  5-rating  scale  at  reliability  0.95  while  the  data  was  analyzed  through  percentage, mean, and  standard  deviation, in addition; presented  the  guidelines  for  educational  quality  assurance  management  according  to  early  childhood  standard  in  school  for  7  experts  to  analyze  the content.

           The  research  findings  reveal  that

1. The  problems  of  educational  quality  assurance  management  according to  early  childhood  standard  in  school  in  overall  was  at  fair  level.  When considering  in  each  aspect, there  were  the  aspect  of  the  instructional  focused on  student  center, the  aspect  of  educational  management  and  the  aspect  of student’s  quality  respectively.


2. Guidelines  for  educational  quality  assurance  management  according to  early  childhood  standard  in  school  were  as  follows : setting  up  the  meeting  to  discuss  for  improvement  of  developing  quality  of  early  childhood  students, considering  strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and  threats  (SWOT)  analysis  then set  a  goal  to  reach  a  national  early  childhood  standard  and  developing  a  school  curriculum, making  an  action  plan  under  administration  management  system, applying  professional  learning  community  (PLC)  to  improve  teachers  and  encourage them  to  do  a  research  in  their  classroom, teachers  work  in  collaborative  planning teams  then  administrators  following  up, collecting  all  data, implement, analyze, adjust  and  evaluation  teachers  continuously. Therefore, setting  a  forum  for  teachers to  exchange  their  knowledge  and  publish  their  educational  innovation.
