3Qs: คุณลักษณะภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21

บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิชาการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์และเชื่อมโยงความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างทฤษฎีภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลง (Transformational leadership) ของ Bass & Avolio (1994) กับแนวคิด 3Qs ในผู้นำ (EQ: Emotional quotient, IQ: Intelligence quotient, LQ: Love quotient) ของ Jack Ma (2023) โดยมุ่งเน้นการนำเสนอคุณลักษณะทั้งสามประการนี้ ซึ่งเป็นปัจจัยสำคัญที่ช่วยให้ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษามีคุณลักษณะภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลง (Transformational leadership traits) ที่มีอิทธิพลต่อผู้ตามได้ดีขึ้น นอกจากนี้ยังให้เห็นภาพรวมของการเป็นผู้นำที่มีประสิทธิภาพในบริบทของสถานศึกษา เพื่อให้เกิดการเปลี่ยนแปลงและพัฒนาไปในทิศทางที่ดีขึ้น ท่ามกลางการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่เกิดขึ้นอย่างรวดเร็ว ผันผวน ไม่แน่นอน ซับซ้อน คลุมเครือ และไม่สามารถคาดการณ์ได้ในศตวรรษที่ 21
