Guidelines for Safety Operations in Educational Institutions under the Jurisdiction of Nakhon Sawan Primary Educational Service Area Office 3

Abstract
This purposes of this research were to 1) study the level of operation of educational institution safety, 2) find guidelines for operation of educational institution safety, and 3) evaluate the guidelines for operation of educational institution safety. The research was divided into 3 steps: First, Study the level of operation. The samples used in the research included 316 educational institution administrators and teachers. The research instrument was the educational institution safety operation questionnaire with content validity between 0.67-1.00 and reliability of 0.98. The statistics used for data analysis were mean and standard deviation. Second, Find guidelines for operation by focusing on group discussions with 7 experts. The research instrument was the group discussion record form and data was analyzed using content analysis technique. Finally, Evaluate the guidelines for operation. The samples used in the research included 31 educational institution administrators and teachers. The research instrument was the evaluation form for the implementation of educational institution safety operations in terms of correctness, appropriateness, feasibility and usefulness, and the statistics used for data analysis were mean and standard deviation.
The purpose of this research were to:
1. The overall level of educational institution safety operations is at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the highest-rated aspect of safety operations was related to threats from human violence” (= 4.39, S.D. = 0.51), followed by the area of dangers resulting from rights violations at a high level (
= 4.38, S.D. = 0.62), and the lowest level was in the area of dangers resulting from physical and mental health impacts at a high level (
= 4.33, S.D. = 0.62)
2. Operational guidelines: Educational institutions should prepare an incident response plan that is appropriate for the context of the institution. The network of parents should be part of the surveillance system and help prepare the annual operational plan systematically. Educational institutions should set policies and plans for dust problem management.
3. The overall assessment of operational guidelines is at the highest level in all aspects: correctness, appropriateness, feasibility, and usefulness.
