บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับภาวะผู้นําเชิงเทคโนโลยีของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในจังหวัดนครสวรรค์ สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา 2) ศึกษาระดับการบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในจังหวัดนครสวรรค์ สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา และ 3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำเชิงเทคโนโลยีกับการบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในจังหวัดนครสวรรค์ สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 11 คน และครูจำนวน 199 คน รวม 210 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ (Rating Scale) สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1.ระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงเทคโนโลยีของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในจังหวัดนครสวรรค์ สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก
2.ระดับการบริหารงานวิชาการของสถานศึกษาในจังหวัดนครสวรรค์ สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก
3.ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำเชิงเทคโนโลยีกับการบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในจังหวัดนครสวรรค์ สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวก อยู่ในระดับสูงมาก อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
