The Relationship between Technological Leadership and Academic Administration of College Administrators under the Vocational Education Commission in Nakhon Sawan Province

Abstract
The purposes of this research were: 1) to study the level of technological leadership of administrators under the Vocational Education Commission in Nakhon Sawan province, 2) to study the level of academic administration under the Vocational Education Commission in Nakhon Sawan province, and 3) to examine the relationship between technological leadership and academic administration of college administrators under the Vocational Education Commission in Nakhon Sawan province. The sample consisted of 210 participants, including 11 administrators and 199 teachers, who were selected through multi-stage sampling based on Krejcie and Morgan’s table. The research instrument was a five-point rating scale questionnaire. The data were analyzed using mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s correlation coefficient.
The research findings were as follows:
1. The overall level of technological leadership of administrators under the Vocational Education Commission in Nakhon Sawan province was high.
2. The overall level of academic administration under the Vocational Education Commission in Nakhon Sawan province was also high.
3. The relationship between technological leadership and academic administration of college administrators under the Vocational Education Commission in Nakhon Sawan province was correlated in positive with correlation coefficients that was a very high level with the statistically significance at the .01 level.
