บทคัดย่อ

          การศึกษาวิจัยเรื่องศูนย์กลางการเรียนรู้วิสาหกิจชุมชนเชิงพลวัตตามแนวทางปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงเพื่อการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืนของอำเภอหนองบัว จังหวัดนครสวรรค์ เป็นชุดโครงการวิจัยที่มีวัตถุประสงค์ส่วนหนึ่งเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาความต้องการใช้ข้อมูลองค์ความรู้ทางด้านวิสาหกิจชุมชนเพื่อการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืนในเขตอำเภอหนองบัว จังหวัดนครสวรรค์ และ 2) ศึกษาและพัฒนาต้นแบบระบบฐานข้อมูลองค์ความรู้วิสาหกิจชุมชน โดยเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลองค์ความรู้วิสาหกิจชุมชนจากการสัมภาษณ์ตัวอย่างสมาชิกกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนในอำเภอหนองบัว จังหวัดนครสวรรค์ จำนวน 200 คนจาก 135 กลุ่ม

                ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

                1.  ความต้องการใช้ข้อมูลองค์ความรู้วิสาหกิจชุมชน มีความต้องการด้านข้อมูลชื่อวิสาหกิจชุมชน/เครือข่ายวิสาหกิจชุมชนมากที่สุด ด้านข้อมูลองค์ความรู้วิสาหกิจชุมชน มีความต้องการข้อมูลจุดแข็งของวิสาหกิจชุมชนมากที่สุด ส่วนด้านคลังความรู้ มีความต้องการข้อมูลประโยชน์ของวิสาหกิจชุมชนมากที่สุด และด้านข้อมูลการจัดการระบบฐานข้อมูลองค์ความรู้วิสาหกิจ มีความต้องการข้อมูลระบบข่าวประชาสัมพันธ์มากที่สุด

                2.  จากผลการวิเคราะห์ดังกล่าวผู้วิจัยได้นำข้อมูลมาทำการออกแบบระบบฐานข้อมูลองค์ความรู้วิสาหกิจชุมชน โดยแบ่งเป็นข้อมูลผู้ดูแลระบบ ข้อมูลปฏิทินกิจกรรม ข้อมูลข่าวประชาสัมพันธ์ ข้อมูลองค์ความรู้วิสาหกิจชุมชน เว็บบอร์ด และรายงานระบบ จากนั้นทำการออกแบบ และพัฒนาระบบฐานข้อมูลด้วย  MySQL และพัฒนาต้นแบบระบบฐานข้อมูลองค์ความรู้วิสาหกิจชุมชนในรูปแบบเว็บไซต์บนระบบเครือข่ายอินเตอร์เน็ต และทำการสร้างแบบสอบถามเพื่อสำรวจความพึงพอใจการทำงานของโปรแกรม พบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามมีความพึงพอใจในการทำงานในภาพรวมอยู่ในเกณฑ์มาก

Abstract

                The study and development of the dynamic learning centre of the small and micro community enterprise (SMCE) for sustainable development in Amphur NongBua, Nakhon Sawan, that aimed to study and develop the model of database management system of the small and micro community enterprise and study the demand of using the knowledge database system of the small and micro community enterprise (SMCE) for sustainable development. The information of knowledge databases of the small and micro community enterprise was gathered by interview 200 sampling of the small and micro community enterprise members from 135 groups.

                The research found that:

                1.  The willing to using the knowledge database system of the small and micro community enterprise was significantly very high of the community enterprises’ name/networks. Also, the information about strength of the small and micro community enterprise was significantly very high.  However, the information about knowledge of the small and micro community enterprise and the management of database system especially the news system were significantly high.

                2.  According to the analysis resulted, the researcher designed the model of knowledge database system of the small and micro community enterprise by putting in different categories such as, administrator system, schedule system, news system, knowledge of the small and micro community enterprise, web board system, and report.  Then  the model of knowledge database system was and designed the database system from MySQL was develloped. Finally, the completed website of the development of knowledge database system of the small and micro community enterprise (SMCE) was ready to be up load on the internet networking. Furthermore, the assessment of the effectiveness of the program found that the website contains the feedback which was the result of satisfactions that was significantly high.
