บทคัดย่อ

                การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการพัฒนากระบวนการประมาณค่าคุณลักษณะพหุมิติจำแนกตามสเกลรายการคำตอบมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและปัญหาในการพัฒนากระบวนการประมาณค่าคุณลักษณะ
พหุมิติจำแนกตามสเกลรายการคำตอบเพื่อพัฒนากระบวนการประมาณค่าคุณลักษณะพหุมิติจำแนกตามสเกลรายการคำตอบ และเพื่อหาประสิทธิภาพของกระบวนการประมาณค่าคุณลักษณะพหุมิติจำแนกตามสเกลรายการคำตอบกลุ่มตัวอย่าง เป็น นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2557 ในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ  สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน จำนวน 12,000 คนได้มาโดยการ
สุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน (Multistage Random Sampling)เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบวัดคุณลักษณะทางจิตวิทยา  แรงจูงใจใฝ่สัมฤทธิ์ 3 องค์ประกอบ คือ ความต้องการความสำเร็จ ความต้องการความผูกพันและความต้องการอำนาจ ตามทฤษฎีของ McClelland จำนวน 80 ข้อ แต่คัดเลือกไว้ใช้จริง 15 ข้อ สถิติที่ใช้ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานรากที่สองของค่าคลาดเคลื่อนกำลังสองเฉลี่ย และการทดสอบค่าทีเมื่อกลุ่มตัวอย่าง
มีความสัมพันธ์กัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

                1.  กระบวนการประมาณค่าคุณลักษณะพหุมิติแบบเดิมไม่สามารถให้ผลการประมาณค่าเป็นค่าประจำข้อแยกตามมิติตามที่ข้อคำถามนั้นมุ่งวัด

                2.  กระบวนการประมาณค่าคุณลักษณะพหุมิติจำแนกตามสเกลรายการคำตอบที่พัฒนาขึ้นมีรูปแบบ ดังนี้  ขั้นตอนที่ 1 เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล  ขั้นตอนที่ 2 จัดเตรียมข้อมูล  ขั้นตอนที่ 3 วิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน จัดเตรียม  และ ขั้นตอนที่ 4 คำนวณค่า  จาก  ขั้นตอนที่ 5 ประมาณค่า  จาก

                3.  ประสิทธิภาพของกระบวนการประมาณค่าที่ผู้วิจัยพัฒนาขึ้น มีค่ารากที่สองของความคลาดเคลื่อนกำลังสองเฉลี่ย (Root Mean Square Error) ต่ำกว่ากระบวนการเดิม

Abstract

                This research was estimation process development for characteristics of multidimensional which were classified on scale of answering items. The purpose of this research was to study the current condition and problems for developing the estimation process for characteristics of multidimensionalwhich were classified on scale of ans wering items and found efficiency of estimation process for characteristics of multidimensional. The sample group was the 12,000 Mathayomsuksa I students who studied in semester 2, academic year 2014  in the Northeastern part of Thailand and was under the Office of Basic Education Commission, using multistage random sampling. The research instruments were used to test characteristics of psychology, achievement motivation for
3 components which were requirement for achievement, relationship and power according to McClelland’s theory for 80 items but selected for 15 items.The statistics value used in the study were mean, standard deviation of RMSE and Dependent Sample t-test. The findings are as follows:

                1.  The estimation process for the old characteristics of multidimensional could not show the result to estimate for each item that depended on the dimension of questions for measuring.

                2.  The estimation process for characteristics of multidimensional which were classified on scale of answering items had the model as follows: 1) to collect the data, 2) to prepare the data,  3) to analyze the datafor preparing and 4) to Calculate from  and 5) to Estimate from.

                3.  The researcher’s efficiency of the estimation process was developed, had root mean square error for lower than conventional process.
