บทคัดย่อ

                การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ของครูคณิตศาสตร์ฯก่อนและหลังการอบรมตามหลักสูตรการฝึกอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการตามแนว 4 C’s 2) ประเมินสมรรถนะการผลิตสื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ของครูคณิตศาสตร์ฯ หลังฝึกอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการตามแนว 4 C’s 3) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของครูคณิตศาสตร์ฯ ที่มีต่อการฝึกอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการฯ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครูคณิตศาสตร์ สังกัดคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา จำนวน  104  คน ได้มาโดยความสมัครใจจากครูผู้สอนที่สมัครเข้าร่วมการฝึกอบรมกับชมรมครูคณิตศาสตร์อาชีวศึกษาแห่งประเทศไทย ระยะเวลาฝึกอบรมจำนวน 4 วัน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ หลักสูตรที่ฝึกอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการผลิตสื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ตามแนว 4 C’s  แบบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์การฝึกอบรม แบบสังเกต แบบประเมินคุณภาพของสื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ แบบวัดความพึงพอใจ สถิติที่ใช้ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย () ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) ทดสอบค่าที (t-test) และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา (Content Analysis) ผลการวิจัยพบว่าผลสัมฤทธิ์ของครูคณิตศาสตร์ฯ หลังการฝึกอบรมตามหลักสูตรการฝึกอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการตามแนว 4 C’s สูงกว่าก่อนการอบรม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ผลการประเมินสมรรถนะการผลิตสื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ จำนวนผู้เข้ารับการอบรมร้อยละ87.50 ผ่านเกณฑ์การประเมินคุณภาพ และความพึงพอใจของครูที่มีต่อการฝึกอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการตามแนว 4 C’s อยู่ในระดับมาก 

Abstract

                The purposes of this study were to 1) compare the learning achievement of the pre and post training curriculum workshop of mathematics teachers under the Office of Vocational Education Commission, 2) evaluate the competency of mathematics teachers in producing electronic media under the Office of Vocational Education Commission, and 3) investigate the mathematic teachers satisfaction on training workshop. The sample of this study consisted of 104 mathematic teachers under the Office of Vocational Education Commission by using the purposive sampling. Training workshop was 4 days . The instruments used for collecting the data were a training curriculum workshop, a test, an observation form, a quality of electronic media evaluation and satisfaction form, a test of competency of mathematics teachers. The statistics for data analysis were mean, standard deviation, t-test dependent and content analysis. The result of the research was that the achievement of teachers’ after the training workshop based on 4 C’s was higher than before training statistically significant different at the .05 level. The result of evaluation of the competency in producing electronic media was 87.50 and the teachers had the satisfaction as a whole at a high level.
