Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

              การวิจัยครั้งนี้ใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative Research) โดยการสังเกตวิธีการสัมภาษณ์แบบเจาะลึก (In-depth Interview) โดยผู้วิจัยและคณะเข้าไปมีส่วนร่วมในการศึกษาและการสัมภาษณ์โดยมีรายละเอียดในการศึกษาวิจัยการจัดการความรู้ด้านมรดกทางวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่นในจังหวัดอุทัยธานี โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษามรดกทางวัฒนธรรมและกระบวนการการจัดการความรู้ด้านมรดกทางวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่นที่ดำเนินการโดยเจ้าหน้าที่ของรัฐ และประชาชนในจังหวัดอุทัยธานี 2) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัญหาและอุปสรรคของการจัดการความรู้ด้านมรดกทางวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่นที่ดำเนินการโดยเจ้าหน้าที่ของรัฐ และประชาชนในจังหวัดอุทัยธานีและ 3) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางองค์ความรู้ไปพัฒนาจังหวัดอุทัยธานี โดยมีมรดกทางวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่นเป็นพื้นฐานในการพัฒนาจังหวัดอุทัยธานีโดยขั้นตอนของการดำเนินการวิจัยแบ่ง เป็น 2 ระยะ ผลการวิจัย สรุปได้ดังนี้

              สรุปผลการวิจัย

              1. ผลการดำเนินการสำรวจสภาพทั่วไปของการจัดการความรู้ด้านมรดกทางวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่นในจังหวัดอุทัยธานี จากการสัมภาษณ์กลุ่มเป้าหมายที่ใช้ในการศึกษาซึ่งได้แก่ เจ้าหน้าที่ของรัฐ ปราชญ์ชาวบ้าน ผู้นำชุมชน และประชาชน ของจังหวัดอุทัยธานี พบว่าสภาพมรดกวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่นในจังหวัดอุทัยธานีมีความหลากหลาย

              2. สภาพปัญหาและแนวในดำเนินการจัดการความรู้ด้านมรดกทางวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่นในจังหวัดอุทัยธานีพบว่า มีการดำเนินการด้านการส่งเสริมความรู้ มีการดำเนินการด้านการจัดเก็บความรู้ มีการดำเนินการด้านการเผยแพร่ความรู้ มีการดำเนินการด้านการอนุรักษ์ความรู้และมีการดำเนินการด้านการพัฒนาให้เป็นพื้นฐานให้เกิดความเข้มแข็ง อย่างหลากหลาย

Abstract

              This research methodology was qualitative research by observing the in-depth interview .The researcher and others participated in the study and interview with the details of research, knowledge management, cultural heritage, local province. The objectives of this study were 1) to study the cultural heritage and the cultural heritage of knowledge management undertaken by local government officials and people in Uthai thani 2) to study the problems of knowledge management, cultural heritage, operated by local government officials and people in Uthai thani and 3) to study the body of knowledge to develop the province by using the local cultural heritage as a basis for developing province. The process of research was divided into two phases of the study are as follows.

              Conclusions

              1. The survey results for the general management knowledge in the local cultural heritage in the province. The target group for this study include: state officials scholars, community leaders and people of Uthai Thani. Found that local cultural heritage in the province of Uthai Thani diverse.

             2. The problems in the implementation of knowledge management and the local cultural heritage in Uthai Thani that have been implemented to promote knowledge, operated the store of knowledge with the implementation of the dissemination of knowledge, conservation knowledge and the development as a strong basis. Customers.
