Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

                การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อพัฒนาทรัพยากรการเรียนรู้ท้องถิ่นภาคเหนือ ระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น 2) เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของครูและนักเรียนที่มีต่อการใช้ทรัพยากรการเรียนรู้ท้องถิ่นภาคเหนือ ระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น ตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ ครูผู้สอนกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้สังคมศึกษาศาสนาและวัฒนธรรม และนักเรียน ระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1-3  จากโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 42 จำนวน 350 คน โดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน (multi-stage random sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่  1) แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็น เรื่อง เนื้อหาที่ต้องการให้พัฒนาเป็นทรัพยากรการเรียนรู้ท้องถิ่นภาคเหนือ ระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น  2) แบบประเมินคุณภาพทรัพยากรการเรียนรู้ท้องถิ่นภาคเหนือ ระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น  3) แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นที่มีต่อการใช้ทรัพยากรการเรียนรู้ท้องถิ่นภาคเหนือ ระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น วิธีดำเนินการวิจัยมี 3 ขั้นตอน คือ  1) ขั้นเตรียมการพัฒนาทรัพยากรการเรียนรู้ ระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น  2) ขั้นการออกแบบและพัฒนาทรัพยากรการเรียนรู้ ระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นและ
3) ขั้นศึกษาความคิดเห็นที่มีต่อการใช้ทรัพยากรการเรียนรู้ ระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล
ใช้ค่าสถิติพื้นฐาน โดยการแจกแจงความถี่ หาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

                การวิจัยได้ผลดังนี้ 1) ทรัพยากรการเรียนรู้ท้องถิ่นภาคเหนือ ระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น พัฒนาเป็นฐานความรู้ในรูปแบบของเว็บไซต์ โดยส่งข้อมูลไปไว้ที่ http://www.nsru.ac.th/lrnc/ ซึ่งเผยแพร่ผ่านเว็บไซต์
ของคณะครุศาสตร์มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏนครสวรรค์  2) ความคิดเห็นของครูที่มีต่อการใช้ทรัพยากรการเรียนรู้ท้องถิ่นภาคเหนือ ระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น  ในด้านเนื้อหาและการจัดการเรียนการสอน ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก คิดเป็นค่าเฉลี่ย 4.25 และในด้านรูปแบบการนำเสนอ  ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก คิดเป็นค่าเฉลี่ย  4.31
ส่วนความคิดเห็นของนักเรียนที่มีต่อการใช้ทรัพยากรการเรียนรู้ท้องถิ่นภาคเหนือ ระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น
ในด้านเนื้อหาและการเรียนรู้ ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก คิดเป็นค่าเฉลี่ย 4.36  และในด้านรูปแบบการนำเสนอ ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก คิดค่าเฉลี่ยเป็น 4.38

Abstract

                This research aims to 1) develop learning resources of northern community for lower secondary education and 2) study the opinions of teachers and students of learning resources of northern community for lower secondary education. The samples are teachers in social studies, religion and culture  group and 350 grade 7 - 9 students from the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 42 by multi-stage random sampling. The tools used in the research are 1) a survey form on topics that it should be developed as learning resources of northern community for lower secondary education; 2) an assessment form on learning resources of northern community for lower secondary education; 3) a questionnaire of opinions to use learning resources of northern community for lower secondary education. The method has three stages: 1) development  preparation of learning resources of northern community for lower  secondary education; 2) designing and development of  learning resources of northern community for lower secondary education; 3) studying the opinion of learning resources of northern community for lower secondary education. The data analysis statistics include frequency, percentage, mean  and standard deviation.

                The finding results show that:

                1) Learning resources of northern community for lower secondary education can be developing as
a knowledge base in the form of a website and can be done through http://www.nsru.ac.th/lrnc/which is on the website of the Faculty of Education, Nakhon Sawan Rajabhat University. 2) The opinions of teachers to use learning resources of northern community for lower secondary education on contents, teaching and learning are at a good level with the mean value of 4.25, while the presentation format is at a good level with the mean value of 4.31.
The opinions of students to use learning resources of northern community for lower secondary education on contents and  learning are at a good level, with the mean value of 4.36 and the presentation format is at a good level, with the mean value of 4.38.
