Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

                การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1)  เพื่อสร้างและหาประสิทธิภาพชุดการสอน วิชาการงานอาชีพและเทคโนโลยี เรื่อง อาหารในชีวิตประจำวัน สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 และ 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียนของนักเรียน ที่ได้รับการสอนโดยใช้ชุดการสอน

                การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยทดลองเบื้องต้น โดยผู้วิจัยได้พัฒนาชุดการสอนวิชาการงานอาชีพและเทคโนโลยี เรื่องอาหารในชีวิตประจำวัน สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย 1) ชุด
การสอนวิชาการงานอาชีพและเทคโนโลยี เรื่องอาหารในชีวิตประจำวัน สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1
ที่มีประสิทธิภาพ 84.20/82.25    2) แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน วิชาการงานอาชีพและเทคโนโลยี เรื่องอาหารในชีวิตประจำวัน ซึ่งเป็นแบบทดสอบปรนัยเลือกตอบ  4 ตัวเลือก จำนวน 30 ข้อ ที่มีความตรง
เชิงเนื้อหา มีความยากง่ายระหว่าง  0.21- 0.79  อำนาจจำแนกระหว่าง 0.21- 0.50 และมีค่าความเที่ยง 0.96

                กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1/5 โรงเรียนนครสวรรค์ ที่กำลังศึกษาอยู่ในภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2559 จำนวน 40 คน

                ผลการวิจัยมี ดังนี้

                1. ชุดการสอนวิชาการงานอาชีพและเทคโนโลยี เรื่อง อาหารในชีวิตประจำวัน สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 ที่สร้างขึ้น เป็นชุดสื่อประสมที่มีความสอดคล้องกับเนื้อหาวิชา นักเรียนสามารถใช้ศึกษาและปฏิบัติด้วยตนเอง มีประสิทธิภาพ 84.20/82.25              

                2. นักเรียนที่ได้รับการสอนโดยใช้ชุดการสอนวิชาการงานอาชีพและเทคโนโลยี มีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนหลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ.05 

Abstract

                The purposes of this study were 1) to  construct and find the effectiveness of Career and Technology Instructional Package on “Everyday Food” for Mathayomsuksa 1 students, 2)to compare the students’ achievement before and after using the  Career and Technology Instructional Package on “Everyday Food” This study is
pre-experimental research design; the researcher herself developed the Career and Technology Instructional Package on “Everyday Food” for Mathayomsuksa 1 students.

                The research instruments comprised 1)the Career and Technology Instructional Package on “Everyday Food ” for Mathayomsuksa 1  students with effectiveness  84.20/82.25 and 2) the achievement of Career and Technology Instructional Package on “Everyday Food ” with 4 choices and 30 items, with hightly content validity, the degree of difficulty between  0.21-0.79, the discrimination power between 0.21- 0.50 and reliability coefficient of 0.96. The samples in this research were 40 Mathayomsuksa 1/5 students, who are studying at Nakhon Sawan School in the first semester, academic year 2559.

                The research findings were as follows:

                1.  The Career and Technology Instructional Package on “Everyday Food” has the component of mixe media group that accords with the subject content. The student can study with oneself and it has the efficiency value of 84.20/82.25.

                2.  Mathayomsuksa 1 students taught by using the Career and Technology Instructional Package on “Everyday Food” have learning achievement after being taught higher than that before being taught at the .05 level of significance.
