บทคัดย่อ
บทความเรื่อง “กระบวนทัศน์ใหม่ในการบริหารสถานศึกษา” มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเสนอแนวทางการบริหารสถานศึกษาที่สอดคล้องกับพลวัตของศตวรรษที่ 21 โดยใช้ทฤษฎีระบบ (Systems Theory) เป็นกรอบแนวคิดสำคัญ บทความอธิบายถึงข้อจำกัดของกระบวนทัศน์เดิมที่มุ่งเน้นการบริหารแบบรวมศูนย์ การสั่งการจากบนลงล่าง และการประเมินผลเชิงปริมาณ ซึ่งไม่สามารถตอบสนองต่อความเปลี่ยนแปลงทางสังคม เทคโนโลยี และเศรษฐกิจได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
ภายใต้แนวคิดกระบวนทัศน์ใหม่ การบริหารสถานศึกษาถูกมองว่าเป็น “ระบบเปิด” ที่มีปฏิสัมพันธ์กับสิ่งแวดล้อมอย่างต่อเนื่อง เน้นความยืดหยุ่น การบูรณาการ การใช้ข้อมูลเพื่อการตัดสินใจ การทำงานร่วมกันเป็นเครือข่าย และการพัฒนาสถานศึกษาให้เป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ แนวทางดังกล่าวมุ่งสู่การสร้างคุณภาพการศึกษาอย่างยั่งยืน ส่งเสริมให้ผู้เรียนมีสมรรถนะ ทักษะการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต และความสามารถในการเผชิญโลกที่ซับซ้อน
บทสรุปของบทความชี้ให้เห็นว่า การเปลี่ยนกระบวนทัศน์ในการบริหารสถานศึกษาเป็นสิ่งจำเป็น เพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพและประสิทธิภาพของระบบการศึกษาไทยให้เท่าทันต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลง และเพื่อสร้างพลเมืองรุ่นใหม่ที่มีศักยภาพตอบสนองต่อความท้าทายในอนาคต
