บทคัดย่อ
บทความเรื่อง “ยุทธศาสตร์การบริหารสถานศึกษาสู่ความเป็นเลิศ” มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเสนอกรอบแนวคิดและยุทธศาสตร์สำคัญในการยกระดับคุณภาพการบริหารจัดการสถานศึกษาให้บรรลุความเป็นเลิศเชิงระบบ โดยเน้นบทบาทของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในฐานะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่ต้องมีความสามารถด้วยการกำหนดวิสัยทัศน์เชิงกลยุทธ์ การสื่อสารเป้าหมายอย่างมีประสิทธิผล การสร้างแรงจูงใจ การเสริมสร้างวัฒนธรรมแห่งการเรียนรู้ อีกทั้งการพัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากรและผู้เรียนอย่างต่อเนื่อง เนื้อหาหลักของบทความประกอบด้วย 1) แนวคิดและทฤษฎีด้านการบริหารเชิงยุทธศาสตร์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการศึกษา 2) แนวคิดและรูปแบบการพัฒนาสถานศึกษาสู่ความเป็นเลิศ และ 3) การประยุกต์ใช้เกณฑ์รางวัลคุณภาพแห่งสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน (OBECQA) ในมิติด้านการนำองค์กร กลยุทธ์ ผู้เรียนและผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย ระบบการวัด การวิเคราะห์ การจัดการความรู้ ทรัพยากรบุคคล และกระบวนการปฏิบัติงาน และจากการสังเคราะห์ชี้ให้เห็นความเป็นเลิศของสถานศึกษาที่ต้องอาศัยการบริหารการขับเคลื่อนด้วยข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ รวมถึงระบบประเมินผลที่เป็นมาตรฐาน การออกแบบกลยุทธ์ที่ตอบสนองบริบท และการมีส่วนร่วมของทุกภาคส่วนในสถานศึกษาอย่างเป็นระบบ
บทความนี้จึงมีส่วนสนับสนุนการพัฒนากรอบคิดเชิงนโยบายและแนวปฏิบัติในการบริหารสถานศึกษาที่สามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ได้จริงในบริบทไทย
