แนวทางการลดความสูญเสียจากการจัดเก็บสินค้าในคลังสินค้า กรณีศึกษา บริษัทบรรจุภัณฑ์แก้วแห่งหนึ่งในจังหวัดปทุมธานี

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสาเหตุของความเสียหายของสินค้าภายในคลังสินค้าของบริษัทบรรจุภัณฑ์แก้วแห่งหนึ่งในจังหวัดปทุมธานี เป็นการวิจัยเชิงประยุกต์แบบกรณีศึกษาเพื่อพัฒนาแนวทางการปรับปรุงกระบวนการจัดเก็บสินค้าเพื่อลดความสูญเสีย โดยประยุกต์ใช้เครื่องมือคุณภาพ ได้แก่ Pareto Analysis, Why–Why Analysis และวงจร PDCA (Plan–Do–Check–Act) โดยการเก็บข้อมูลจากรายงานความเสียหาย เอกสารภายใน การสังเกต และการสัมภาษณ์พนักงานตำแหน่งหัวหน้าโฟลคลิฟท์ จำนวน 3 คน ผลการวิเคราะห์ด้วย Pareto พบว่าสาเหตุหลักของความเสียหายเกิดจาก ขวดโค่นล้มในคลังสินค้าคิดเป็นร้อยละ 52 ของมูลค่าความเสียหายทั้งหมด จากนั้นใช้ Why–Why Analysis เพื่อวิเคราะห์สาเหตุเชิงลึก พบว่าปัจจัยสำคัญคือการวางสินค้าไม่เหมาะสม พื้นที่คลังทรุดตัว และการจัดแสงสว่างไม่เพียงพอ การปรับปรุงตามวงจร PDCA ดำเนินการโดยการกำหนดจุดวางใหม่ ปรับปรุงระบบไฟให้มีการตรวจสอบทุก 15 วัน และสื่อสารแนวทางปฏิบัติร่วมกับพนักงาน ผลการดำเนินการพบว่ามูลค่าความเสียหายลดลงจาก 98,281.60 บาทในปี 2024 (เดือนมกราคม-ธันวาคม) เหลือ 0 บาท ในปี 2025 (มกราคม-กันยายน) คิดเป็นการลดลงร้อยละ 100 แสดงให้เห็นถึงประสิทธิผลของมาตรการปรับปรุงที่ออกแบบตามแนวคิดเครื่องมือคุณภาพ ซึ่งสามารถประยุกต์ใช้ได้จริงในคลังสินค้าประเภทอื่นที่มีลักษณะการจัดเก็บคล้ายคลึงกัน
