บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยและพัฒนามีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) วิจัยและพัฒนาสื่อเทคโนโลยีการตระหนักรู้ถึงภัยคุกคามและการป้องกันอาชญากรรมไซเบอร์ 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนด้วยสื่อเทคโนโลยีการตระหนักรู้ถึงภัยคุกคามและการป้องกันอาชญากรรมไซเบอร์ 3) เพื่อประเมินความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาต่อการใช้สื่อเทคโนโลยีการตระหนักรู้ถึงภัยคุกคามและการป้องกันอาชญากรรมไซเบอร์ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ นักศึกษาภาคปกติ ระดับปริญญาตรี ชั้นปีที่ 1 ภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2568 สาขาวิชาคอมพิวเตอร์และเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏนครสวรรค์ จำนวน 40 คน โดยการสุ่มอย่างง่าย ใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์สุ่ม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ 1) แอปพลิเคชันการตระหนักรู้ถึงภัยคุกคามและการป้องกันอาชญากรรมไซเบอร์ ที่พัฒนาบนแพลตฟอร์ม Glide App ซึ่งเป็นแพลตฟอร์มสร้างแอปพลิเคชันแบบไม่ต้องเขียนโค้ด 2) แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน และ3) แบบประเมินความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาต่อการใช้แอปพลิเคชัน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า แอปพลิเคชันการตระหนักรู้ถึงภัยคุกคามและการป้องกันอาชญากรรมไซเบอร์มีความเหมาะสม อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (= 4.52, S.D. = 0.21) ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักศึกษาหลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ p < .01 และนักศึกษามีความพึงพอใจต่อการใช้แอปพลิเคชันโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (
= 4.53, S.D. = 0.59) แสดงให้เห็นว่าสื่อเทคโนโลยีที่พัฒนาขึ้นมีประสิทธิผลและสอดคล้องกับลักษณะผู้เรียนยุคดิจิทัล
