บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาการปฏิบัติตนตามจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพของครูสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสงขลา สตูล 2) เปรียบเทียบการปฏิบัติตนตามจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพของครู จำแนกตามตัวแปร เพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา ประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงาน และขนาดของสถานศึกษา 3) ประมวลข้อเสนอแนะการปฏิบัติตนตามจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพของครูสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสงขลา สตูล กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ข้าราชการครูสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสงขลา สตูล ปีการศึกษา 2568 จำนวน 320 คน กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้ตารางสำเร็จรูปของเครจซี และมอร์แกนแล้วทำการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นตามขนาดสถานศึกษาแล้วใช้วิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่ายโดยวิธีจับสลาก เครื่องมือการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.94 และสถิติที่ใช้ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที และการทดสอบค่าเอฟ
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1) การปฏิบัติตนตามจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพของครูในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบการปฏิบัติตนตามจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพของครูในภาพรวมและรายด้านจำแนกตาม เพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษาและประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงาน มีความคิดเห็นไม่แตกต่างกัน ส่วนครูที่ปฏิบัติงานในสถานศึกษาขนาดต่างกันมีการปฏิบัติตามจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพของครูในภาพรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .001
3) ผลการประมวลข้อเสนอแนะการปฏิบัติตนตามจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพของครู มีดังนี้ จรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพครูครอบคลุมการพัฒนาตนเองอย่างรอบด้าน การรักษาเกียรติและความซื่อสัตย์ในวิชาชีพ การปฏิบัติต่อผู้เรียนด้วยความเมตตา เป็นธรรม และโปร่งใส การร่วมมือกับผู้ร่วมวิชาชีพอย่างเคารพและมีความสามัคคี ตลอดจนการเป็นพลเมืองที่ดี มีจิตสาธารณะ ถ่ายทอดความรู้และคุณธรรมเพื่อสร้างสังคมที่ยั่งยืน
