เมื่ออาหารไม่ใช่แค่ความอร่อย : พฤติกรรมการบริโภคและการรับรู้ความเสี่ยงโรค ไม่ติดต่อเรื้อรังที่มีต่อความตั้งใจในการปรับพฤติกรรมของสังคมไทย

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับพฤติกรรมการบริโภคอาหาร การรับรู้ความเสี่ยงโรคไม่ติดต่อเรื้อรัง และความตั้งใจในการปรับพฤติกรรมของประชากรไทย และ 2) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างพฤติกรรมการบริโภคอาหารการรับรู้ความเสี่ยงโรคไม่ติดต่อเรื้อรัง กับความตั้งใจในการปรับพฤติกรรมของประชากรไทย เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณแบบสำรวจภาคตัดขวาง กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือประชากรไทยอายุ 15 ปีขึ้นไปในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 400 คน โดยแบ่งตามช่วงวัยออกเป็น 4 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ Gen Z Gen Y Gen X และ Baby Boomer การสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิตามโควตา เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติ ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า พฤติกรรมการบริโภคอาหารเสี่ยงโรคไม่ติดต่อเรื้อรัง อยู่ในระดับสูง ( = 3.91) การรับรู้ความเสี่ยงโรคไม่ติดต่อเรื้อรัง อยู่ในระดับสูง (
= 3.86) ความตั้งใจในการปรับพฤติกรรม อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (
= 3.45) และพฤติกรรมการบริโภคอาหารเสี่ยงโรคไม่ติดต่อเรื้อรังและการรับรู้ความเสี่ยงโรคไม่ติดต่อเรื้อรัง มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับความตั้งใจในการปรับพฤติกรรมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
