บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยเรื่อง การตัดสินใจเลือกศึกษาต่อกับความคาดหวังจากการศึกษาหลักสูตรศิลปศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาภาษาเอเชียตะวันออก ของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเชียงราย มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจเลือกศึกษาต่อ และ 2) ศึกษาความคาดหวังจากการศึกษาต่อของนักศึกษาในหลักสูตรศิลปศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาภาษาเอเชียตะวันออก กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยในครั้งนี้คือ นักศึกษาสาขาวิชาภาษาเอเชียตะวันออก มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเชียงราย ชั้นปีที่ 1-4 ปีการศึกษา 2568 โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นตามสัดส่วน (Proportional Stratified Random Sampling) โดยแบ่งประชากรตามแขนงวิชา กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้สูตรของทาโร ยามาเน่ (Yamane, 1973) ที่ระดับความคลาดเคลื่อน 0.05 ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 117 คน และจัดสรรจำนวนตัวอย่างในแต่ละแขนงตามสัดส่วนของประชากร คือ แขนงวิชาภาษาญี่ปุ่น 57 คน และแขนงวิชาภาษาเกาหลี 60 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม กึ่งโครงสร้าง มีทั้งสิ้น 4 ตอน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจเลือกศึกษาต่อโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยปัจจัยด้านสถาบันการศึกษามีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด รองลงมาคือ ปัจจัยด้านการเงิน และปัจจัยด้านสังคม ค่านิยม และความเชื่อในการประกอบอาชีพ ขณะที่ปัจจัยด้านครอบครัวและบุคคลใกล้ชิดมีอิทธิพลอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง สำหรับความคาดหวังจากการศึกษาต่อของนักศึกษาโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน โดยด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ความคาดหวังด้านการสอน รองลงมาคือ ความคาดหวังด้านความสามารถในการนำไปใช้ ความคาดหวังด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน และความคาดหวังด้านกิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตร ตามลำดับ ซึ่งสะท้อนให้เห็นว่านักศึกษาให้ความสำคัญกับคุณภาพการสอน ความสามารถในการนำความรู้ไปประยุกต์ใช้จริง หลักสูตรที่ทันสมัย และกิจกรรมที่ช่วยเสริมสร้างทักษะและประสบการณ์นอกห้องเรียน
