บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับภาวะผู้นำยุคดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 2) ศึกษาระดับการบริหารงบประมาณของโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก และ 3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำยุคดิจิทัลกับการบริหารงบประมาณของโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครู จำนวน 217 คน จากการเปิดตารางสำเร็จรูปของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามภาวะผู้นำยุคดิจิทัลที่มีค่าความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาเท่ากับ 1.00 และมีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ 0.97 และแบบสอบถามการบริหารงบประมาณที่มีค่าความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาเท่ากับ 1.00 และมีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ 0.97 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ระดับภาวะผู้นำยุคดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมพบว่าอยู่ในระดับมาก (= 4.38, S.D. = 0.35) 22 ระดับการบริหารงบประมาณของโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก โดยภาพรวมพบว่าอยู่ในระดับมาก (= 4.34, S.D. = 0.37) และ 3. ค่าความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำยุคดิจิทัลกับการบริหารงบประมาณของโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวก โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง (rxy = 0.98)
