Author Guidelines

Suggestions for authors

1. Submitted article for publication in Journal of MCU Palisueksabuddhaghosa Review must have never been published or under consideration for publishing in other journals.
2. The article author must strictly comply with the criteria and its rules of proposal of the academic article or research article to be published in Journal of MCU Palisueksabuddhaghosa Review including the reference.

          The views and original appeared in article of the Journal rely on the responsibility of the article author. It is not considered as the viewpoint and responsibility of editorial staff of Journal of MCU Palisueksabuddhaghosa Review. Article author must follow research ethics,  not violating or copying other people's work to be their own, in which the journal has specified the duplication of work with CopyCat program in Thaijo regulation at the level not more than 20%, announced on July 2019.

          The journals will charge a fee of 4,000 baht (three thousand baht) per article. The author must check the completeness of the article according to the instructions for the author. If not following the rules, the editorial department reserves the right to refuse such publication and refunding the fees is denied as the following case;

     - If the article has more than 20% redundancy
     - The author does not follow the format of the journal.
     - The article has not been approved by a expert or
     - An author does not edit the article suggested in the timing period (1 month after the editor's notification)

     The author can pay the fee via KB bank account.

Article submission to Thaijo for publication

         Online submission can be submitted online by the website of the Journal of MCU Palisueksabuddhaghosa Review at https://so05.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/Palisueksabuddhaghosa.  After successfully sent the article to the Journal, please notify additional information at Email: uthai.pho@mcu.ac.th

Preparation of original article

        1) The article must be between 10-12 pages A4 (including reference) printed on one page with TH Niramit AS (font size, click to preview). Page setting requires 1 inch of above and left margin and 1 inch right and bottom margin. Line spacing is between 1 and space between each paragraph. Inserted pictures and tables must present a clear image and table with the number indicated below in bold type, such as Table 1 and Figure 1. The figure inserted must be complete and understandable without going back to the text. All figures must be notified in order in accordance with the content contained in its original source. The description must be well-fitting and consistent with the figure presented.
     2) Title must be both of Thai and English language printed on the first page in the middle place.
     3) Author’s name is in both Thai and English includes informing the highest educational level and specifying an academic position in regular letters below the title, indented to the right. Referencing is on the end of author's name to show details his/her academic position and institute’s name.
     4) Thai and English abstracts are not more than 300 words.
     5) Keywords require Thai and English (3 - 5 words)
     6) In the topic arrangement, the main heading is on left edge while sub-headings are from the heading 3-5 letters and starting at 6^th letter. Use the same size of font, and it must be typed in the same paragraph. The new heading should leave at 0.5 space more.
     7) The numbers, acronyms, and parentheses are recommended in all Arabic numbers and abbreviations follow international standard only (first full word specified). English brackets should be used as follows;

The research articles must be sorted in the following order:

     1) Abstract consists of research’s objectives, methodology and the research findings in concise and short passages.
     2) Introduction identifies the significance of research, conceptual framework and research objectives.
     3) Research Methodology specifies research planning, sample acquisition, and sample size determination, tools, data collection methods and data analysis.
     4) Research results / Results of experiment clearly present the findings according to the research objectives presented in tables or charts.
     5) Discussion / critique shows in an essay suggesting the link between research findings and conceptual framework as well as the previous researches. It should not be discussed one by one but pointing out the relation of all studied variables.
     6) Conclusion identifies the important conclusions and suggestions for the use of research findings and further researching.
     7) Suggestions must present in 2 topics: (1) suggestions for the use of research results (2) recommendations for the next research.
     8) References must be in footnote only. References of article use APA system.

 Research articles, academic or critical articles and book review must contain the following heading;

     1) Abstract
     2) Introduction
     3) The content shows the main essence to be presented according to the sequence
     4) Conclusion
     5) Suggestion
     6) Reference documents (footnotes in the template form)

Format of the article to be published in the Journal of MCU Palisueksabuddhaghosa Review

The original article submitted for publishing in the journal must be in the form of  * .docx file of Microsoft Word Version 2010 or above. If the article contains images, tables or equations, submit them separately from the file in the image file format of * .PDF * .JPG * .GIF or * .bmp. the length of the original must not exceed 20 pages (including abstracts, images, tables and references). The editor will determine the preliminary articles concerning the correctness of general format, If it found not correct, such article will send back for correcting. If it passed, the article will be reviewed by experts then its evaluation results will be informed immediately to the article author. The good article for publishing yields the diversity and optimum of academic knowledge and social gains.

Editorial Rights

          In the case that an editor or experts who were invited to review and evaluate has suggested to be re-edit again, editor will return it to the article owner to be edited as adhered or recommended by audit experts as the main criteria and/or the right reserving to not publishing. In the case of a research report, academic articles or research articles did not match the guidelines of the Journal of MCU Palisueksabuddhaghosa Review or pass the consideration from editor or experts. Having officially issued, the article owner will receive the journal contained the printed article as well as the certificate of publication in the Journal of MCU Palisueksabuddhaghosa Review.
