Model of Administration according to Good Governance for School Administrators under the Jurisdiction of Suphanburi Primary Education Service Area

Abstract

A model of administration according to good governance for school administrators under the jurisdiction of Suphanburi Primary Education Service Area was mixed methods. Data were collected by both quantitative and qualitative tools. The purposes of this research were to;
1) study the conditions and expectation administration in accordance with good governance for school administrators under the jurisdiction of Suphanburi Primary Education Service Area,
2) study the factors of administration model according to good governance for school administrators under the Jurisdiction of Suphanburi Primary Education Service Area, and
3) evaluate the model of administration according to good governance for school administrators under the Jurisdiction of Suphanburi Primary Education Service Area. The research results were found as follows: 1) operating conditions according to good governance for school administrators as a whole and each as pact was at the high level, while the expectation of administration in accordance with principles of good governance for school administrators was as a whole and each as pact at the highest level, 2) The factors of the administration model according to good governance for school administrators consist of 4 components: righteousness and Legitimacy, participation and equality, awareness and responsibility, rewarding and sustainability. When analyzing components according to good governance to use in school administration under the Jurisdiction of Suphanburi Primary Education Service Area, the efficiency gained 72.015 % and 3) The evaluation of the administration model according to good governance for school administrators was suitable at the highest levels in all components.
