SUSTAINABLE LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT FOR THE SCHOOL ADMINISTRATOR

Abstract
This research paper aims to study the components of sustainable leadership of school administrators. by studying the relevant documents and research. The results in step 1 were then used to create a LISREL model (Linear Structural Relationship model: LISREL model) Measurement model type and then using Confirmatory Factors Analysis with the LISREL program. The research results found that: Elements of Sustainable Leadership which is a theoretical conceptual framework. Synthesis There are 27 elements. In this research, the researcher used criteria based on high frequency components. (frequency from 10 and above) It has 10 components which are 1) Depth 2) Endurance 3) Breadth–distribution 4) Justice 5) Diversity 6) Resourcefulness 7) Courage and Firmness 8) Patience 9) Vision) and 10) Engenders trust Shown as a Sustainable Leadership Model to be used in the development of leadership of school administrators.
