The Relationship between the Role of School Administrators and The School Quality Assurance of the School under The Local government organization.

Abstract
This research was a mixed methodology containing the following objectives: 1) study of the level of school administrators’ roles, 2) the level of the school quality assurance, and 3) the relationship between the roles of school administrators and the school quality assurance of the education under The Local Government Organization. The statistics used for data analysis were descriptive analysis, and Pearson’s Product-Moment Correlation Coefficient.
The research findings were follows: 1) in overall, the level of school administrators’ roles were in the highest level, being considered respectively from the most to the least aspects, namely (1) the role of facilitator was in the highest level, (2) the role of supporter was in the highest level, (3) the role of evaluator was in the highest level, (4) the role of counselor was in the high level, and (5) the role of predictor was in the high level. 2) The level of the school quality assurance of schools were the highest level, being considered respectively from the most to the least aspects, namely (1) regulating educational standards were the highest level, (2) operating the educational development plans were in highest level, (3) assessing and examining quality assurance were in highest level, (4) self-assessment report was in highest level, (5) continuous development of quality schools were in highest level, (6) performance tracking were in high level, (7) preparation of educational development plans were in high level. 3) in overall, the relationship between the roles of school administrators and the school quality assurance was in the high level of positive relation at the .01 level of significance, when it was being considered respectively in each aspect by correlation coefficient from the complete correlation level to the none of it at all, the role of counselor correlated to the educational operation plan is in highest level, as well as the role of supporter that correlated to the regulation of educational standards was in moderate level.
