THE DEVELOPMENT OF INNOVATIVE THINKING SKILLS ON PROJECT-BASED LEARNING FOR GRADE 12 STUDENTS AT SUPHANBURI COLLEGE OF DRAMATIC ARTS

Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to compare the students’ innovative thinking skills before and after the implementation of the project-based learning and 2) to compare the knowledge scores of Grade 12 students about project-based learning. The participants consisted of 34 students in Grade 12 at Suphan Buri College of Dramatic Arts. The research instruments were 1) innovative thinking skills test and 2) project-based learning test. Project-based learning was carried out one hour per week for 20 weeks in the second semester of 2019 academic year. The data were statistically analyzed using the percentage mean and standard deviation. The research findings were as follows: 1) The posttest innovative thinking skills scores were higher than their pre-test scores 2) The posttest project-based learning knowledge scores were higher than their pre-test score.
