Dimensions of failure in Public Administration that overlook Transparency and Good Governance.

Abstract
Government organizations in Thailand and other third countries caused damages by the administrations of many cases and in many aspects. This article was intended to study management failures caused by government administrations and developments which were overlooked. These were the concepts and information that had been come from public administrations in many countries. The author relied on the experiences and methods of observation to analyze the incidents that affected the transparency and good governance of which Thai government's administration would deserve for special attentions. Study led to reformation to be discussed about the issue seriously, for these failures had become parts of the executive's lives, especially responsible officers in public service and the public recipients. The dimensions of failures of public administrations had been overlooked for the lack of knowledge of scientific forms relating to government administration, which did not regard the core values of the organizations. The key values of government administration managements had relied on theories and concepts of large organizations, and the official residence management by the rules. It had a vertical organization model and hierarchy commanding. Good Governance and Transparency were unique specifications in the context of Thailand.
