Main Article Content
Abstract
This research aimed to study the political party acts applicable to the developments of Thailand's political parties, political contexts, and the comparative studies of political party acts in Thailand and political party acts of Spain and Germany. The results had shown that Thailand's political party acts were the aftermath of the military coup d’e’ta to controlling and limiting the roles of political parties or political groups and to carry out activities in accordance with the prescribed formats. Those were the barriers to political participations of the people and directly affected the development of political parties.
