Abstract

This research had the objectives of investigating the level of services provided to people by Nonthaburi Government Center and comparing services provided to the people by Nonthaburi Government Center which divided by personal factors. The samples used in this study including of 385 people who had come to seek services at Nonthaburi Government Center. The tool used was questionnaires. The statistics used for data analysis including Frequency, Percentage, Average, Standard Deviation, t-test, and One-way ANOVA with the differences tested in pair via the LSD method (Least Significant Difference). The research findings revealed that overall 1., services provided to the people by Nonthaburi Government Center was high ( = 3.764), in considering each dimension: process/procedures of services, officers/personnel providing services, facilities, and quality of services provided to the people were very satisfied in all dimensions ( = 3.616, = 3.616, = 3.878, = 3.855). The comparisons of the levels of services provided to people by Nonthaburi Government Center were divided by personal factors. The finding of the comparisons revealed that with the differences in ages and education levels, services provided to the people by Nonthaburi Government Center with a significant statistical difference at the level of .05. With the difference in occupations, services provided to the people by Nonthaburi Government Center had been differed by officers/personnel as well as quality of services provided. With the differences in gender and status, services provided to people by Nonthaburi Government Center had no different which were not in accordance with the assumptions.
