Transformational Leadership Development of Administrators in the Local Administrative Organizations for Entering Asean Economic Community

Abstract
The research aimed to propose changes to the leadership of the local government executives to enter the ASEAN Economic Community. These processes were using qualitative research carried out by in-depth interviews and analyzing the data, analysis and inductive interpreting. The findings had shown that suggestions needed to develop transformational leadership for the management of local governments to enter the ASEAN Economic Community. It included the main four approaches which were: (1) the development of language skills to be trained for leaders, and corporate executives of local government; (2) the development of executives of curiosity about the ASEAN Economic Community to be raised up; (3) the executives’ development must be realized of treat, wisdom and the identity of local roots of Thailand; (4) the development to be attained as effective human resource executives.
