Abstract

This research aimed to study: (1) competency characteristics of public administration of Government Administrators of the Secretariat of the House of Representatives (2) the problems and obstacles in the implementation of public administration of Government Administrators of the Secretariat of the House of Representatives (3) to propose the guidelines for the development of public administration of Government Administrators of the Secretariat of the House of Representatives. Use Mixed research. Mainly qualitative research and quantitative research. Analysis data by Descriptive statistics and Content Analysis. Findings are as follows: (1) Competency characteristics of executives making the mission of the Secretariat of the House of Representatives. Must be a qualified administrator. Continuous improvement of management competencies. (2) The public administration have quite a mission, they are cannot attend the full time training. The training time is appropriately allocated to the public administration's mission. The Executive Program is designed to meet the needs of executive development.
