An Evaluation of Professional Experience in Master of Education Program in Educational Administration Students of Rajapark Institute

Abstract
The purposes of this research were evaluated to assess context inputs, process, and products of Professional Experience in Master of Education Program in Educational Administration Students of Rajapark Institute. Survey Research The evaluation model used CIPP Model. The instrument were questionnaires Check the equipment with 3 experts and the results are standardized. with reliability value of 0.97 . The data was analyzed by using Percent, Mean, standard deviation.
This research found that : Professional Experience in Master of Education Program were at high level as a whole. When considering levels in each of the aspects, ranking from the highest to the lowest level, the result was that ; products inputs, and process were at high level but context at a moderate level. For problem of Students, problem were the long time practiced to impact Students ’mission. For problem of Professional Experience were the lack of communication. For problem of practicum were the lack of participation; not understand in objective and problem of knowledge.
