THE POLITICAL INSTITUTIONALIZATION STUDY ON THE CASE OF THE PHEU-THAI PARTY AND PEOPLE’S ACTION PARTY

Abstract
This dissertation aimed at three main purposes: (1) to study the political institutions of political parties; (2) to compare the political institutions between the Pheu-Thai-Party and People’s Action Party; (3) to study the development into the complete political institutions. In this research, qualitative research was conducted through documentary research and in-depth interview. The guidances for the institutional development of a political party were as follows: (1) political parties should not rely on only one leader but should be reliant on the party; (2) the party's structure could meet the needs of the people; (3) the party made people feel part of the party and being ownership; (4) the engaged parties in political activities regularly; and (5) the party should create the learning process contributing to the sustainably developmental democracy.
