The Transformational Leadership of Personnel Affecting Organization of Schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2 Bangkok Metropolis

Abstract
The objectives of this research were (1) to study the level of the transformational leadership of personnel involvement in learning organization of secondary schools. (2) to study the level of learning organization of schools. (3) to study the transformational leadership of personnel affecting the learning organization of schools. The research finding revealed that (1) The Transformational Leadership of Personnel related to the learning organization of secondary schools in overall and each aspect were at high level. The highest mean was on the Idealized whereas lowest one was on the Change Management. (2) The learning organization being of secondary schools in overall was at a high level. (3) The Transformational Leadership of Personnel related to the learning organization of secondary schools was Inspiration Motivation affecting Change Management significantly at .01 level.
