บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของบุคลากรที่เกี่ยวข้องต่อความเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา (2) ศึกษาระดับความเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา และ (3) ศึกษาภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของบุคคลากรที่ส่งผลต่อความเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้บริหารและบุคลากรโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 2 กรุงเทพมหานคร ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของบุคลากรมีความเกี่ยวข้องกับความเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า การมีอิทธิพลอย่างมีอุดมการณ์ มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด และด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุดคือ ด้านการบริหารการเปลี่ยนแปลง (2) ความเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา โดยรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก (3) ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของบุคลากรที่ส่งผลต่อความเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา พบว่า การสร้างแรงบันดาลใจ กับการบริหารการเปลี่ยนแปลง ส่งผลต่อความเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา ได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
