An Investigation of Social Intelligence Predictors of Positive Psychological Health of Teacher under the office of Primary Educational Service Area in Prachinburi

Abstract
The purpose of this research was to investigate the multiple relationships between positive
psychological health with emotional quotient variables, namely empathy, interpersonal relationship, social responsibility, problem-solving skill, reality test, flexibility, stress tolerance, impulse control of teachers, and to predict positive psychological health of teachers under the Office of Primary Education Areas in Prachinburi Province. The sample group, obtained by a multi-stage random sampling, represented teachers in Prachinburi Province in the Academic Year 1/2012. The instrument was a questionnaire for data associated with the relationships between positive psychological health and Social Intelligence variables. The data were analyzed to gain the correlations coefficient values between variables. LISREL 8.80 was used to obtain multiple regression equations. The results showed that interpersonal relationship variables and Problem-Solving variables and Flexibility positive relationships with the positive psychological health the most. The multiple regression equations for positive psychological health are as follow: Equation in the form of standard score: ZˆPPH = 0.31Z*IPR + 0.19Z*PBS + 0.15Z*FXB
