The Learning Development of Education to become a Menmber of Asean Economic Community, In the Perceived School Administrators and Teachers In Renunakhon District under the Office of Nakhon Phanom Primary Educational Service Area 1

Abstract
The purposes of this study were to study and to compare learning development of schools to members of ASEAN community in the opinions of school administrators and teachers in Renu Nakorn District under the Office of Nakhon Phanom Primary Educational Service Area 1 classified by status and school-size. The samples consisted of 156 school administrators and teachers followed percent criterion in the sample-sized specification and they were selected by Stratified Random Sampling. The instrument used was a five-rating scale questionnaire with the discrimination between 0.39 and 0.87, and the reliability of 0.97. The statistics employed in data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test (Independent Samples) and F-test (One-way ANOVA).
The results were found that overall learning development of schools to members of ASEAN community in the opinions of school administrators and teachers in Renu Nakorn District under the Office of Nakhon Phanom Primary Educational Service Area 1 were at the high level. The comparison of the learning development of schools to members of the ASEAN community in the opinions of school administrators and teachers classified by status and school-size were not different.
