Learning Organization Characteristics of Institutes Under Nakhon Phanom Provincial Office of the Non-Formal and Informal Education

Abstract
The purposes of this study were to study and to compare learning organization characteristics of institutes under Nakhon Phanom Provincial Office of the Non-Formal and Informal Education classified by status and institute-size. The samples were 190 people followed percent criterion in the sample-sized specification; they were selected by Stratified Random Sampling. The instrument used was a five-rating scale questionnaire with the discrimination between .52 and .82, and the reliability of .97. The statistics employed in data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test (Independent Samples) and F-test (One-way ANOVA)
The results were found that learning organization characteristics of institutes under Nakhon Phanom Province Office of the non-formal and Informal Education were at a high level in overall and individual aspects. The comparison of overall learning organization characteristics of institutes under Nakhon Phanom Province Office of the non-formal and Informal Education classified by status and institute-size were not different.
