Abstract

The purpose of a study of competitive strategies in the Thai low-cost airline industry. To present strategies or strategies appropriate to the current situation. By document analysis, The study was conducted in three airlines, including Thai Smile, AirAsia, Nok Air. Businesses can compete with a combination of strategy, cost leadership, and differentiation strategies. Also known as integration strategies, cost leadership, and differentiation. And make the best performance.
