Leadership of School Administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 1

Abstract
The purposes of this research were to study and compare leadership of school administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 1 perceived by teachers based on gender, education and experience were difference Sample groups 354 persons, selected by Krejcie and Morgan's method, yielding by simple random sampling. The instrument was questionnaires with reliability value of 0,959 The findings were as follows: 1) leadership of school administrators perceived by teachers under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 1 were rate at high level, when considering each side by ranking most mean; participative leadership, supportive leadership, achievement-oriented leadership, directive leadership 2) To compare leadership of school administrators perceived by teachers under the Secondary Educational Service Area office 1 divided by gender, education and experience, were differences at a significance level of .05.
