The Principle of equilibrium evaluation in Chao Phraya Surasak Municipality and Banglamung Municipality

Abstract

The research of : The Principle of equilibrium evaluation with the management of Thailand local administrative organization have an objective is to study the differentiate of effectiveness in management follow the principle of equilibrium evaluation of local administrative. This research is a surveying research. The population are Managers , official , the member of the Chao Phraya Surasak Municipality, Sriracha Distric, Chonburi Province  and Banglamung Municipality, Banglamung   District,   Chonburi Province. Using a Questionnaire and analyze the data by using Statistic tools such as Frequency distribution , Percentage , Standard Deviation and Test the hypothesis by Pearson’s product moment correlation and Multiple Regrersstion Analysis The result of the research found that the most effectiveness of the management of Banglamung Municipality  and Chao Phraya Surasak Municipality according to the principle of equilibrium evaluation in the vision of Internal processes have the same opinion in the high level at the mean of 3.82 and 3.83 the second vision is the financial that have mean of 3.77 and 3.76 the vision of related people have the men of 3.75 and 3.76 and the lowest opinion level is the vision of Learning and innovation in the organization that have the mean of 3.74 and 3.68
