Legal implications for agricultural land laws Of the National Economic and Social Development Plan No.1-12

Abstract
The purpose of this research was to study the legal impact of agricultural lands according to the National Economic and Social Development Plan from the 1-12 edition. It is a documentary research by searching for information from various documents. Content oriented. The results of the research by overview analysis showed that the economic and social development plan of Thailand has evolved and changed the concept of development according to the era. Which may be classified into 4 phases in relation to agricultural policy National Economic Development Plan No. 1-12 has developed in 4 parts: 1) Human resources 2) Agricultural technology 3) Archaeological systems that are important for agriculture and transportation 4) Creating a strong group of farmers or organizations
