The Gender Discrimination in the Workplace: A Study in China

Abstract
The problem of gender discrimination in the workplace in China has been widely concerned by scholars in recent years. This paper teases out the research literature on the gender discrimination in the workplace in the last two decades, summarizes the main manifestations, causes and countermeasures of the workplace sexual discrimination, and finally points out further research directions.
