Abstract

This research is study to the problems, suggestions and report the ways to support the local administrative organization. Towards the Community Bonding Culture Project is a survey research use questionnaire as a tool for data collection which were examined by 3 experts. IOC. Results of the content validity test were 0.86. The samples were from 31 Chai Nat provinces in 4 districts including the population used in the research. Were simple selected specifically 93 people.  The result of the research found that when considering according to each item of problems and obstacles in each of the 4 aspects which are 1) readiness in terms of factors supporting the Thai Cultural Community Project 2) on the perceived benefits of the Thai Community Bonding Culture Project 3) Participation in management of the Thai Cultural Community Project and 4) knowledge the understanding of the Thai culture of community ties is at a high level. As for the suggestion in planning, it is seen that the role of participation of local administrative organizations for the Thai Culture for Community Bonding Project will focus on cultural budget allocation and publicizing for the people to know their own culture but the work is still not clearly seen maybe because the event is held every year and most of them are traditions of offering food to devo as for the promotion of the conservation of local culture and traditions, it is conducted by encouraging the participation of the people through the sub-district culture council.
