Public Administration in The Isan Literature

Abstract

The study of public administration in Isan literature aimed at studying the concept of public administration in Isan literature, know the principles of management as a method of researching documents as primary secondary documents. The instruments used were interviews with specific target groups, with expertise in literature studies, 2 phase, and 6 subjects of public administration in the Isan literature. For interviews with literary experts, there were scholars, practitioners with literary knowledge, philosophers, Mor Lam artists who passed on literary knowledge. And the general public in 3 provinces, namely Yasothon Province, Amnat Charoen Province and Ubon Ratchathani Province. There were 36 people interviewed and analyzed according to objectives. It was found that the concepts of public administration in the Isan literature appeared as follows: (1) the form of government administration, including single-state, unitary state, intellectual state and ideological state; (2) Forms of government include Dictatorship, Democracy, and socialism; (3) outstanding administrative processes. The system and mechanisms of the administration of State affairs have been established in a concrete manner; (4) the scope of the administration has the general characteristics of the administrative functions; and (5) the outstanding administrative techniques. There was an incentive to work, by awarding the use of trickery using their own tricks for success through game theory.
