Abstract

This research was a qualitative research aimed to compare the actual role of government agencies state mechanisms in law enforcement on alcohol points control measures around the university between the situation after NCPO Order No.22/2015 with normal situation and the COVID-19 situation with normal situation. The population and sample groups used in this research consist of the Muang Pathumthani Police Station, Khlong Luang Police Station, Khlong Luang District, Excise Area Pathumthani 1, Excise Area Pathumthani 2, and Pathumthani Public Health. Key informants 11 people. The instrument was a semi-structured interview form with in-depth interview, data collection and collection by yourself, data analysis, content analysis presented in descriptive way. The research results were found that. 1. The situation after the NCPO Order No.22/2015, government officials have performed integrated work together with the administrative staff leading, Military, Police, Excise and Provincial Public Health. Assembling approximately 50 officers, once a week. Joint performance was more efficient and effective than normal performance, and 2. The situation of COVID-19 was still in the period of the NCPO Order No.22/2015. Government officials and the integrated operations with administrative officers, Military, Police and Provincial Public Health. Assembling approximately 50 officers, once a week. Joint performance was more efficient and effective than normal performance.
