บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำยุคดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำแนกตามสถานภาพและขนาดโรงเรียน 2) ศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบการดำเนินงานระบบประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาของสถานศึกษา จำแนกตามสถานภาพและขนาดโรงเรียน 3) ศึกษาอำนาจพยากรณ์ของภาวะผู้นำยุคดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อการดำเนินงานระบบประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 22 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอน จำนวน 401 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ภาวะผู้นำยุคดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ผลการเปรียบเทียบจำแนกตามสถานภาพโดยรวม พบว่า แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 เมื่อเปรียบเทียบโดยจำแนกตามขนาดของโรงเรียนโดยรวม พบว่า แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 2) การดำเนินงานระบบประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาของสถานศึกษาโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ผลการเปรียบเทียบจำแนกตามสถานภาพโดยรวม พบว่า แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 เมื่อเปรียบเทียบโดยจำแนกตามขนาดของโรงเรียน โดยรวม พบว่า แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และ 3) ผลการวิเคราะห์อำนาจพยากรณ์ พบว่า มีองค์ประกอบ 5 ด้าน สามารถพยากรณ์การดำเนินงานระบบประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาของสถานศึกษา ได้ร้อยละ 78
