Digital Era Leadership of School Administrators Affecting Educational Quality Assurance System Implementation of Schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 22

Abstract

The purposes of this research were 1) to study and compare digital era leadership of school administrators classified by status and school-size, 2) to study and compare the educational quality assurance system implementation of schools classified by status and school-size and 3) to study the prediction power of digital era leadership of school administrators affecting educational quality assurance system implementation of schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 22. The sample group was 401 school administrators and teachers. The instruments used in the study was a scale-rating questionnaire. The results were found that 1) overall digital era leadership of school administrators was at a high level. Overall digital era leadership of school administrators classified by status revealed a statistically significantly different at the .01 level. When overall digital era leadership of school administrators classified by school-size, it revealed the statistically significantly different at the .05 level  2) overall educational quality assurance system implementation of schools was at the high level. In comparison, overall educational quality assurance system implementation of schools classified by status revealed a statistically significantly different at the .01 level. When overall educational quality assurance system implementation of schools classified by school-size, it revealed the statistically significantly different at the .05 level and 3) The results of effect were 5 aspects could produce changes on the educational quality assurance system implementation of schools at the percentage of 78.
