บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ออกแบบและพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการจัดการงานฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพสาขาวิชาการจัดการ คณะวิทยาการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏนครศรีธรรมราช 2) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการจัดการงานฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพสาขาวิชาการจัดการ คณะวิทยาการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏนครศรีธรรมราช เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ 1) ระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการจัดการงานฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพที่พัฒนาขึ้น 2) แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจ จากกลุ่มผู้ใช้ประกอบด้วย อาจารย์ เจ้าหน้าที่ สถานประกอบการ และนักศึกษา จำนวน 200 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการจัดการงานฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพพัฒนาด้วยวิธีการแบบอไจล์ (Agile System Development Methodology) ความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับดี มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.13 และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ 0.61 สรุปได้ว่า ระบบสามารถตอบสนองความต้องการของผู้ใช้ได้ดี เกิดความสะดวกและรวดเร็วต่อการดำเนินการในแต่ละขั้นตอนของการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพ เป็นผลให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพในการจัดการงานฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพ
