Development of The Secretariat of the House of Representatives to be in line with the New Public Management

Abstract
Currently, The Secretariat of the House of Representatives is the main task force in supporting the Legislative mission of enacting laws and controlling the administration of state affairs. As well as approving various matters as prescribed by the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand. It serves as the clerical unit of the House of Representatives and the National Assembly in the House of Representatives meetings. Congress and the meeting of the committees and the joint meeting of the Speaker of the House of Representatives and the Chair of the General Committee of all House of Representatives. To provide the Legislative action to be accurate, swift, and efficient. Therefore, this study is a new concept of public administration and apply with The Secretariat of the House of Representatives, Therefore, it is a response to the Constitution and the 20-year National Strategy, which is considered to be the implementation of the aforementioned concepts in the public sector as a guideline for performing the work correctly and appropriately in the present era.
