Abstract

The purpose of this article is to present a quality community school management approach. that can respond to the needs of the community and it is a quality educational institution that supports the changes of the future world. School administrators lead the organization. Play a role in setting the direction and bringing the policy into practice. Lead Academic Change is a professional manager Have high expectations aimed at creating the success of the event Administrators should adhere to the principles of school management of quality communities that are important, consisting of 1) Use of space as a base 2) Leading the organization with vision 3) Continuous quality improvement 4) Use of innovation to drive 5) Focusing on stakeholders and 6) Enhancing network participation. to develop educational institutions into learning organizations and build educational institutions to become innovative organizations of the new era It has outstanding features that are recognized. The quality management process begins with 1) quality planning, 2) quality execution, 3) quality supervision, 4) quality assessment, and 5) continuous quality improvement. In driving the mission of quality school administration of the community, the main components are 1) Developing the quality of learners 2) Developing digital technology innovation 3) Developing educational institution infrastructure 4) developing teachers and educational personnel, and 5) promoting participation in development the school has developed quality in all dimensions, resulting in community and parents' confidence. and faith in the development of quality educational institutions that can continuously connect with the community to become a quality community school with standards close to home and continues to be a good model school.
