การบริหารจัดการโรงเรียนคุณภาพของชุมชน

บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิชาการนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำเสนอแนวทางการบริหารจัดการโรงเรียนคุณภาพของชุมชนที่สามารถสนองตอบต่อความต้องการของชุมชน และเป็นสถานศึกษาที่มีคุณภาพรองรับการเปลี่ยนแปลงของโลกอนาคต ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาเป็นผู้นำองค์กร มีบทบาทในการกำหนดทิศทาง นำนโยบายสู่การปฏิบัติ เป็นผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางวิชาการ เป็นนักบริหารมืออาชีพ มีความคาดหวังสูงที่มุ่งสร้างความสำเร็จของงาน ผู้บริหารควรยึดหลักในการบริหารโรงเรียนคุณภาพของชุมชนที่สำคัญประกอบไปด้วย 1) การใช้พื้นที่เป็นฐาน 2) การนำองค์กรอย่างมีวิสัยทัศน์ 3) การพัฒนาคุณภาพอย่างต่อเนื่อง 4) การใช้นวัตกรรมในการขับเคลื่อน 5) การมุ่งเน้นให้ความสำคัญกับผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย และ 6) การส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมของเครือข่าย เพื่อพัฒนาสถานศึกษาให้เป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ และสร้างสถานศึกษาให้เป็นองค์กรต้นแบบแห่งนวัตกรรมยุคใหม่ มีคุณลักษณะที่โดดเด่นเป็นที่ยอมรับ โดยกระบวนการบริหารคุณภาพที่เริ่มต้นจาก 1) วางแผนคุณภาพ 2) ดำเนินงานที่มีคุณภาพ 3) กำกับดูแลคุณภาพ 4) ประเมินคุณภาพ และ 5) พัฒนาคุณภาพอย่างต่อเนื่อง ในการขับเคลื่อนภารกิจการบริหารโรงเรียนคุณภาพของชุมชนที่สำคัญประกอบด้วย 1) การพัฒนาคุณภาพผู้เรียน 2) พัฒนานวัตกรรมเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล 3) พัฒนาโครงสร้างพื้นฐานสถานศึกษา 4) พัฒนาครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษา และ 5) การส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมพัฒนา โรงเรียนได้รับการพัฒนาคุณภาพในทุกมิติ ส่งผลให้ ชุมชน ผู้ปกครองเกิดความเชื่อมั่น และศรัทธาในการพัฒนาคุณภาพของสถานศึกษา ที่เชื่อมโยงความสัมพันธ์กับชุมชนได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง สู่การเป็นโรงเรียนคุณภาพของชุมชนที่มีมาตรฐานใกล้บ้าน เป็นโรงเรียนต้นแบบที่ดีต่อไป
